More visibility. More bookings. More repeat clients. Everything you need to grow your business, all in one place.

Get discovered

Show up when someone nearby searches.

We check your Google profile, reviews and photos, and whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name you, then rank the fixes by how much each one moves your score.

  • Google profile, reviews and photos against the shops near you
  • Whether AI search names you for what you do
  • What to fix first, and what to watch after

Get booked and paid

Booked from your own link, paid before the visit.

Clients pick a person, a service and a time, and a card deposit through Stripe holds the slot. An unpaid deposit releases the slot on its own. Clients need no app and no account.

Get them back

See who is due back before they drift.

Every service has its own rhythm, so your client list shows who is due back this week. First to second visit rate and retention by staff member come from your own bookings.

  • Visit history and notes for every client
  • Who is due back, by service
  • Retention over the last 90 days, by staff member
  • Win-back messages to clients who have not returnedComing soon

Marketplaces charge up to 20% of a new client's first visit, and nothing tells you which regulars stopped coming.

  • New clients come through a marketplace that takes a cut
  • Regulars tracked by memory
  • No idea who has not been back

What does a second visit do for you?

Our working assumption: 45 of every 100 first-time clients come back at an average salon, and 70 at the top decile. Move the sliders to see what one more visit per new client is worth in a year.

An estimate from the numbers you set, before card fees and no-shows. Nothing here is a promise about your business.

Extra revenue a year$31,200
New clients a year520
Extra visits a year520

New clients a week x 52 x extra visits x average ticket. Change any number and the total updates.

Made for owners who run on appointments.

Med spa owner

Every tox cycle and filler top-up has a due date. The list shows who is past it.

Consultations and treatments book from one link, with a deposit that holds the time.

Salon owner

Colour every 6 weeks, fills every 3. Rebooking no longer depends on memory.

Each stylist keeps their own book and you see which of them keep their clients.

Barbershop owner

Regulars every four weeks, walk-ins in the gaps. Open slots show on the booking page.

A deposit holds each booked time, which should cut no-shows.

Common questions.

Who is this for?

Service businesses that sell timed appointments: med spas, spas, salons, nail studios, barbershops, massage, groomers and tattoo studios.

What does the free report check?

Your Google profile, reviews and photos, whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity mention you, and what to fix first. Tell us if a result looks wrong.

Can clients book without an app?

Yes. You get a booking page at its own link. Clients pick a person, a service and a time, and get a confirmation code. They cancel with that code from the same page.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. We charge no marketplace fee on your own clients, and card fees go to Stripe, not to us. We publish pricing before you pay anything.

Is the assistant live?

No. The message assistant, text reminders and win-back campaigns are planned and not live. Anything on this page that is not built yet carries a Coming soon mark.

Where does my data live?

In your account with us. Clients give consent when they book, and we record when and how. We do not sell it.
